Welcome to Layar. By using our platform, you are agreeing to these terms. Please read them carefully. Layar is a service provided by AMcC Group Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"), incorporated in the United Kingdom.

2. Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of the Platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

3. Data Processor

AMcC Group Ltd acts as the Data Processor for the content you upload to the Platform. You remain the Data Controller of your intellectual property and memory content.

4. User Obligations

You must provide a valid invite code to register. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your vault and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Layar for any reason, including violation of these terms or unauthorised system-level manipulation.
